The finished promotional poster art for Legacy of kain: Blood Omen.
The working process for the promotional poster art. The step-by-step illustrates how I initially drew the image in grayscale, before adjusting colour values and adding in the final touches (various lighting effects on sword, fist, and eyes). This method ensured that I could work as efficiently and quickly as possible.
The following images illustrate a series of developments undertaken during the project.
The image above is an exploration of how Vorador's mask is to "break" apart as it opens.

An unused concept of the character Nemesis who plays a very minor role in Blood Omen. In terms of the game's story, Kain travels back in time to slay William the Just before he is to later become the unstoppable Nemesis.

A myriad of sketches exploring possible melee, and projectile-based weaponry using a piece of software called "Alchemy".

The following images in this post are of various thumbnail drawings I did for each of the main characters in Blood Omen. The exercise here was to experiment with different forms and shapes, before selecting the most effective one for further development.

The following images in this post are of the redesigned cast of main characters who appear in Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen. The character above is the final design for the character Ariel.
